It’s simple. You select the device, including the required specs. Once you agree to the price we are willing to offer you, you print the fedex label, box the item properly, and drop it off at the nearest FedEx office. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it, make sure it is as it was described, we will send you payment
We have been in business for over 5 years, and we believe customer satisfaction is our primary goal. We also believe in a fast turn-around time. Having the customer wait days and/or weeks is not our goal. We want to give you a fair value for your device, and having you become a repeat customer is our goal.
Sometimes we get a device that does not exactly match the description. Once we receive the device, we inspect it to make sure it matches the description.
We follow a strict inspection protocol we have set up for each of the different devices we accept. We look for physical flaws, water damage, and functionality.
We certainly can. We just need the phone. If you have the box and want to send that as well, you can send it.
We certainly can. We really don’t need the charger/adaptor. If you still want to get rid of it, you can include it.
The quote is valid for 14 days.
We do not need the SIM card. If you should accidentally send it to us, we will discard it properly.
Using the prepaid label that we provide, please package your device securely in a box and drop off at a FedEx location.
You can check the tracking of your shipment at any time on our website.
The day we receive your package, your payment will be processed within 72 hours, provided the inspection passes.

We use CheckMend.com to confirm the device is not lost/stolen. If the device comes back ‘clean’, we proceed. If it is reported lost/stolen, we have to report it to law enforcement.
By law, we are required to report it to law enforcement.
