By becoming a customer of and creating an account on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions as they are set forth here.

We believe in conducting business by providing exceptional service, thereby hopefully making you a repeat customer, as well as helping us spread the word. We will strive to give you the best possible price for your device.

We are not affiliated with any other business that might be mentioned online.

We will do our utmost to protect your privacy. Your login information will remain private; it will not be shared with anyone or any entity. Your device will be restored to factory settings if it isn’t already.

You agree to give us as accurate information as possible, about yourself and your device. You agree to send us a product that is not stolen or considered lost. Should we receive a device that is either lost or stolen, we have to right to take it to law enforcement. If the device is locked, and contact information is available, we have the right to contact the owner and return the device to them.

You agree to package the device with care, making sure it does not get damaged during shipping. And you agree to include  the appropriate paperwork so that it is easily identifiable once we receive it.

If the device is lost/stolen in transit, we will do our best to help you locate it. We do insure incoming mail. When you ship the device to us, please make sure it is received properly by FedEx. If you don’t follow these procedures and we do not receive the device, we are not responsible. If you do not securely properly secure the device and package it properly, and it arrives damaged to us, we are not responsible. For outgoing mail, we insure the device for the value we feel it is worth.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure any backups are taken care of before sending us the device. When we receive your device and it has not been reset to factory settings, during the inspection process, we will delete any/all information and reset it.

Once you submit your device to us, we have the right to inspect it thoroughly, and we reserve the right to offer you a lower amount should we feel the device does not match the condition described by you. You will have 5 days to accept/reject the new quote. If you accept it, we will proceed with the payment. If you reject it, we will ship device back to you, but without insuring it. Should you decide to insure it, please send us a pre-paid shipping label. If we do not hear from you within the 5 days, we will consider that as an acceptance of our new quote and proceed with the payment.

We have the right to reject a device that does not match the description that was provided. Should that happen, we will either re-quote based on our inspection, send the device back to you at your cost.

Here are a few instances where we will not provide free shipping:

  1. Items that are still connected to a account or still financed.
  2. IOS locked devices, such as google-locked or find-my-phone locked devices.
  3. Incorrect device sent to us.
  4. Device sent in error.

Please only ship the item(s) that you are supposed to ship. Any extra items that you were not supposed to include (for example, charger, adaptor, cases, PopSocket, etc) will not be returned.

Once we receive the device and we make a payment to you, we now own that device and you have relinquished any ownership to the device.

Should there be any mistake on our part, big or small, we will do our best to rectify it as smoothly as possible, without any hardship to you.

If you have a bulk order or a specialty order, please allow an additional few days to process your order. Bulk orders take longer to inspect.

These terms and conditions may be amended by us at any time we feel necessary.
